Civic Signal — Report an Incident

Not a government service.

Civic Signal helps residents create structured, evidence-based reports of noise disturbances, incivility and other community incidents.

Reports can be prepared for submission to the appropriate authority, property manager or community management team.

Capture acoustic decibel evidence with your device microphone, attach GPS coordinates, upload photographs, and generate a printable incident report.

Report an Incident

Submit a structured incident report with title, description, category, severity, and optional acoustic, GPS, and photo evidence. Reports remain private to the reporting user unless that user chooses to share an evidence package.

Private evidence and escalation platform

Residents can organize incident information into structured evidence packages and decide whether to submit them to the appropriate authority.

Understanding noise information

Legal requirements, health guidance and device measurements serve different purposes and should not be treated as interchangeable.

UAE / Dubai requirements — Legal / regulatory references

Applicable requirements depend on the current legal instrument, authority, location, property type, source and circumstances.

WHO — Health-based scientific guidance

Published health and exposure guidance provides scientific context. It is not an enforceable UAE or Dubai legal limit.

Civic Signal — Technical measurement

The app provides an indicative device-based sound measurement. It is not a certified acoustic assessment or a determination that a legal limit has been exceeded.

Health-based sound-level context

Published comparison values provide general scientific context, not UAE legal thresholds.
